摘要
基于备件库存在装备保障中的重要作用,提出了备件延期交货量、无延期交货概率、平均等待时间及短缺风险四个新的、能反映库存供应能力的指标,并建立了基于备件需求率的指标模型。在此基础上,利用Mento-Carlo法、数理统计、计算机仿真等理论建立了一种面向任务的备件库存供应能力仿真模型。实例表明该仿真模型能实现对库存供应能力指标的仿真,仿真结果不仅可以定量分析影响备件库存供应能力的因素,还可为确定合理备件库存策略,提高武器装备的保障能力提供决策依据。
Spares inventory has played an important role in equipment support.Some new inventory indexes including number of backorder,probability of no backorder,mean waiting time,risk of shortage,were advanced,and the indexes model were estabilished based on spares require probability.Then,a simulation model was set up based on mission appling the theory of mentocarlo method,mathematical statistics,computer simulation.The example shows that the simulation model can simulate indexes of spares inventory supply ability.Results of its application can not only quantitatively analyze the factors affecting on spares inventory supply ability,but also provide theoretical and technical supports for confirming spares inventory policy and improving equipment intactness.
