摘要 利用气相色谱 /质谱联用技术测定了同一井位、不同深度岩芯样品中的苯、甲苯、乙苯和二甲苯化合物。采用脂肪抽提器法和柱层析分析方法对岩芯样品进行预处理 ,得到岩芯族组分中的芳烃组分。以选择离子扫描模式 ,建立了标准样品的定性定量分析方法。方法对苯系化合物各待测组分的最小检出限均为 0 .5mg/L ,加标回收率在 93.6 %~ 1 0 9.5%。给出了岩芯样品的分离色谱图和实测结果 ,苯和甲苯含量在 1 .4~ 1 1 1 .7ng/ g,而乙苯和二甲苯则未检测到。 Benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene (BTEX) compounds in core samples which were at different depth and at the same well (QK-17-9-3) were determined by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The core samples were processed using Chinese oil and gas trade standard SY/T 5118-1995 and SY/T 5119-1995, and the components of aromatic hydrocarbons were obtained. The qualitative and quantitative determination methods for standard samples were developed using selected ion scanning module. The detection limits for all benzene homologues determined were 0.5 mg/L and the recovery of standard addition was in the range of 93.6% ~109.5%. The results show that the content of benzene and toluene was at the range of 1.4~ 111.7 ng/g. However, ethylbenzene and xylene were not detected. The results are important for marine oil chemical exploration.
