摘要 随着风机大型化的发展,风电叶片联接螺栓承受的静、动载荷也越来越大,特别是螺栓的疲劳寿命往往不易满足20年寿命的要求。文章以3MW风机为例,在与整机配套的变桨轴承螺栓数目和尺寸无法改变情况下,针对螺栓的结构和预紧方法,提出采用颈缩螺栓和改变螺栓安装预紧方式等有效措施来确保联接螺栓强度安全。 With the development of large-scale wind turbine, the static and dynamic load of wind blade bolts are also growing, especially the fatigue life of bolts is difficult to meet the requirements of 20-year life. By the case of 3MW wind turbine, the number and size of pitch bearing bolt can't be changed. In that case, the paper proposes to use the necking bolts and change the bolt tightening method to ensure the strength safety of connection bolts for the structure and bolt-tightening method.
