摘要
提出一种截面呈弧锥结合形状的变壁厚环形药型罩结构,应用非线性有限元软件完成了爆炸载荷下弧锥结合罩形成环形切割器的数值模拟。对16种不同参数组合下的环形切割器成型情况进行了仿真,并基于灰色理论对各影响因素进行了灰关联分析。结果表明,合理调节药型罩壁厚能有效地降低内外罩径向速度差,获得竖直向下的环形EFP;影响环形切割器侵彻性能的最主要因素是圆弧曲率半径和锥角。
An annular liner whose thickness was variational and whose cross section was arc-cone shape was proposed. The non-linear finite element software was used to complete the numerical simulation of the arc-cone liner forming annular cutter under explosion loading. The formations for annular cutters on 16 kinds of arc-cone lines with different parameters were simulated by the non-linear finite element software, grey relation analysis for different factors was conducted by grey theory. The result showed that radial locity difference between inner and outer walls of the liner could be reduced through reasonable adjustment its thickness and the designed liner was able to form annular EFP with vertical downward direction. The prime factors which influenced the penetration performance of annular cutters were curvature radius and cone angle.
