摘要
1座高32m的高速公路桥墩因浇灌偏差须进行爆破拆除。桥墩砼标号高、布筋密集,定向倾倒难度很大。为确保爆破时不对桥墩下部承台及周边建(构)筑物造成影响,根据桥墩的结构特征和环境条件,通过采取合理布置切口、预切割支撑区受拉钢筋等技术措施,使爆破拆除达到了预期的效果。
A 32m high bridge pier of the super highway needed be demolished by blasting, because it deviated from design. Because of the high strength concrete and large number of vertical reinforcement, it was difficult for the bridge pier to collapse direetionally. In order to protect the abutment of the bridge pier and the other structures nearby, some effective measures were taken based on the features of the pier structure and its surrounding, such as the proper blasting cut position and pre-cutting reinforcement subjected to tension in the support area. The anticipated blasting effect of the bridge pier was achieved.
