摘要
介绍了52m高有裂缝砖烟囱的爆破拆除。在烟囱筒身存在长度达10m的裂缝、无法开定向窗的条件下,重点阐述了此烟囱爆破拆除的施工技术和方案设计。爆破中采用切口取小值、增大炸药单耗及一次性起爆的倒塌方案,精心设计了合理的爆破切口及爆破参数,并采取有效的防护措施,确保了烟囱按设计的方向倾倒。
Demolition blasting of a 52m high brick chimney with cracks was introduced. In the condition of which the chimney has a 10m long crack and directional window could not be cut, the construction technology and design about the blasting demolition of it were expounded with emphasis. By taking the collapsed scheme with small cut, large explosive unit consumption and the one-time initiation, designing reasonable blasting cut and blasting parameters, and adopting effective protective measures, the chimney collapsed toward design direction.
