阑尾切除术后恶心呕吐的影响因素调查分析

Investigation of PONV after appendectomy and its influence factors

目的探讨影响阑尾切除术后PONV的相关因素。方法对584例阑尾炎患者术后PONV的危险因素进行分析。结果单因素分析显示性别、年龄、BMI、PONV史或晕动史、手术时间及是否使用阿片类药物与阑尾切除术后PONV相关(P<0.05),多因素分析显示女性、BMI≥30 kg/m2及PONV史或晕动史是术后PONV的危险因素(P<0.05),而较大年龄、较短的手术时间及未使用阿片类药物是术后PONV的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论影响阑尾切除术后PONV的因素较多,采取措施预防治疗很有必要。

Objective To investigate risk factors related to PONV after appendectomy. Methods The risk factors analysis was performed in 584 people with appendicitis. Results Univariate analysis showed that sex, age, BMI, history of PONV or motion sickness, operation time and use of opioid drugs were profoundly related to PONV after appendectomy （P 〈 0,05）. Multivariate analysis identified that women, BMI ≥ 30 kg/m2 and history of PONV or motion sickness were the risk factors （P 〈 0,05）. while older age, shorter operation time and taking opioid drugs were the protective factors of PONV after appen- dectomy （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Many factors are related to PONV after appendectomy and early intervention is necessary.
