香砂平胃散与氟西汀治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效比较

The clinical efficacy of Xiangshapingweisan and Prozac on functional dyspepsia

目的探讨香砂平胃散与氟西汀治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效比较。方法将门诊86例FD患者随机分为治疗组(n=46)和对照组(n=40);对照组给予氟西汀10 mg,每日1次,晨服;治疗组用香砂平胃散煎服,每日1剂。两组疗程均为4周。结果治疗组显效率56.52%,总有效率93.48%;对照组显效率32.50%,总有效率70.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论中药香砂平胃散可显著提高功能性消化不良的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xiangshapingweisan and Prozac on functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods Eighty-six patients with FD were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 46） and control group （n = 40）. The control group was treated with prozac （10 rag）, 1 time daily at morning and the treatment group was treated with the Chinese native medicine Xiangshapingweisan, l agent daily, water frying, servicing for 4 weeks as a course. Results The recovery and total effective rate in treatment group was 56.52% and 93.48%, respectively; those rates in control group were 32.50% and 70.00%, respectively. There were significant differences between two groups （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The Chi- nese native medicine Xiangshapingweisan can improve the clinical recovery rate of functional dyspepsia.
