超声诊断婴儿胆结石5例

Ultrasound diagnosis of gallstones in babies:A reports of five cases

目的婴儿胆结石少见且临床误诊、漏诊率很高,分析5例曾超声诊断的婴儿胆结石,寻找原因,防止漏诊、误诊,提高超声诊断率。方法使用百胜ML-15超声诊断仪,探头频率5～10MHz,反复随诊。结果 5例胆结石病例,超声诊断出现了漏诊、假阳性误诊。结论婴儿体质特殊,且多因为其他疾病合并胆结石,超声诊断婴儿胆结石应慎之又慎,仔细扫查,多次随诊,防止漏诊、误诊。

Objective Gallstones in babies and young infants are often misdiagnosed. In the paper, ultrasound diagnosis were used for five cases of gallstones in babies. The result provide the basis of improving the rate of accurate diagnosis. Methods In five cases of gallstones in babies, BaiSheng ML-15 Ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus were used and the frequency of the probe was 5-10MHz. Results There were misdiagnoses occurring in the five cases. Conclusion Infants have special constitution and gallstones in babies and young infants frequently result from other problems. Thus, the diagnosis for gall- stones in babies and young infants by ultrasound must be very careful and checked repeat for preventing misdiagnosis.
