乳腺癌舒适护理干预措施及效果观察

The efficacy of comfort care on the breast cancer

目的探讨对乳腺癌患者实施舒适护理干预措施的效果。方法选择我院61例乳腺癌患者随机分成实验组30例和对照组31例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在此基础上给予全面舒适护理。比较两组治疗后情绪和生活质量情况。结果两组患者经过4周不同护理后,实验组SAS和SDS评分均较干预前显著性下降,且下降较对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。生活质量改善也较对照组明显(P<0.05),但躯体功能两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舒适护理模式符合现代护理的要求,使患者达到最佳身心、社会、精神状态,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of comfort care on the breast cancer patients with chemotherapy. Methods All of 61 cases of cancer chemotherapy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and they accept- ed comfort care and routinely nursing. The mood and life quality of two groups after the treatment were compared. Results After 4 weeks of different nursing, the experimental group SAS and SDS score were lower than before intervention signifi- cantly, and the decreased than the control group was more obvious （P 〈 0.05）. Life quality improved significantly compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05）, but no significant difference between two groups of somatic function （P 〉 0.05）. Con- clusion Comfort care is line with the requirements of modem nursing, enabling patients to achieve optimal physical, social, mental state, worthy of clinical application.
