摘要
目的对动力髋螺钉(DHS)与防旋股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折进行对比。方法选择我院2010年1月1日～12月31日收治的30例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,通过对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合的时间以及髋关节评分进行比较,均采用全麻的方式,排除可能存在的额外因素,对两组分别使用DHS以及PFNA。结果术中出血量、骨折愈合的时间以及髋关节评分等方面PFNA组均优于DHS组,组间比较差异有统计学意义。结论 PFNA相比较于DHS可以得到更好的临床疗效,不过价格与DHS相比较可能会比较昂贵。
Objective To comparatively analyze the therapeutic effects in elderly patients of intertrochanteric fracture with DHS and PFNA. Methods Selected 30 patients of intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital during January 1st to December 31st 2010 and comparatively analyzed the operation time, the blood loss during operation, fracture healing time and hip score comparison of two groups of patients with the operation time, intraoperative bleeding and fracture healing time and hip score between DHS group and PFNA group. Results The blood loss during operation and fracture healing time of PFNA group were significantly lower than DHS group（P 〈 0.05 ）. The hip score of PFNA group was significant higher than DHS group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with DHS group, the therapy of intertrochanteric fracture of elderly patients with PFNA obtains excellent effect but is more expensive.
