摘要
试图回答如何在复杂技术创新中管理"内源"和"外源"能力的问题。提出:复杂技术创新中的整合能力是指企业配置内部和外部的知识资源、针对复杂技术系统的用户需求变化持续提供解决方案的能力;复杂技术创新中存在四类整合能力,即部件整合能力、系统弱整合能力、系统自整合能力和系统强整合能力;整合能力的微观基础来自于对创新链的控制,创新链是与复杂技术系统相关的技术链和价值链的组合;整合能力拥有者在技术链和价值链的控制权上的差异是其所属类型的决定因素。
The purpose of this paper is to explore the management of ＂in-sourcing＂ and ＂out-sourcing＂ capabilities. It proposes as follows ： the integrative capabilities for complex technology innovation configure internal and external knowledge resources to supply sustainable solutions for users of complex technology systems; there are four types of integrative capabilities, namely component-based integrative capability, weak system integrative capability, self-embedded system integrative capability and strong system integrative capability; the type of integrative capabilities depends on innovation chain, which is the combination of technology chain and value chain.
