低温等离子射频对慢性肥厚性咽炎的疗效评价 被引量:5

摘要 目的对比分析低温等离子射频和常规药物对慢性肥厚性咽炎治疗的方法及效果。方法随机抽取本院收治的120例慢性肥厚性咽炎患者,采用随机抽样法平均分成2组,实验组行低温等离子射频治疗,对照组行常规药物治疗。治疗后随访3~12个月,比较两组患者的临床疗效和复发率。结果随访期间两组比较,实验组患者的总有效率为93.5%,明显高于对照组的79.3%;实验组的复发率为9.68%,明显低于对照组的13.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用低温等离子射频治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎,可显著改善患者临床疗效,减少复发率。 Objective To explore the application of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency and conventional drugs in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis.Methods Totally 120 patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis were admitted to our hospital and divided into two groups using random sampling method.The patients in experimental group were received low-temperature plasma radiofrequency treatment while those in control group were underwent conventional drug treatment.All the patients were followed up from March to December and the clinical efficacy and relapse rate were compared between the two groups.Results During the follow-up,the total effective rate in experimental group was 93.5%,higher than that of 79.3% in control group;the recurrence rate was 9.68% in experimental group,lower than that of 13.8% in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Low-temperature plasma radiofrequency treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the relapse rate for chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis.
