硫糖铝混悬液联合洛赛克治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效分析

Investigation on therapeutic effects of Sucralfate suspension combined with Omeprazole magnesium enteri-coated tablets on patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

目的研究硫糖铝混悬液联合洛赛克治疗上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法收集上消化道出血患者193例,随机分成对照组(n=93)与观察组(n=100)。对照组予以洛赛克40 mg静脉滴注,每日2次;观察组在对照组的基础上口服硫糖铝混悬液10 mL,每日3次。结果观察组总有效率达90%,与对照组相比存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论硫糖铝混悬液联合洛赛克治疗上消化道出血临床疗效好、副作用小,值得基层医院推广。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Sucralfate suspension combined with MUPS （ Omeprazole magnesium entericoated tablets） on patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods One hundred and ninety-three patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group （n = 93 ） and treatment group （n = 100 ）. M UPS （40 mg） was applied in control group through intravenous injection, twice a day while oral administration of Sucralfate suspension （10 mL） combined with MUPS was employed in treatment group, twice a day. Results The total efficacy in treatment group was 90% , statistically different from that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The therapy of Sucralfate suspension combined with MUPS for upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is safe and effective, and it＇ s worth extending in hospitals at primary-level .
