Establishment on Evaluation Index System of Operation Achievement and Effect for Coal Enterprise Under Low Carbon Economey

文章认为,煤炭企业绩效评价体系的构建应以低碳循环经济为理念,以循环经济模式的"3R"为轴线,从经济效益、能源耗用、社会责任与环境责任4个层面设置指标体系加以评价,并采用"二八定律"及层次分析法的科学方法赋予权重比例进行应用。

The establishment on the achievement and effect evaluation system of the coal enterprise should be based on the low carbon circulated economy as the conception and the ＂3R＂ of the circulated economic mode as the shaft line.From the four layers of the economic benefits,energy consumption,social responsibility and environment responsibility,the index system and the evaluation was set up.The scientific method with the ＂2 and 8 law＂ and the hierarchical analysis method was applied for the application with the weight percentage.
