文章从煤炭企业社会责任成本涵义着手,分析了煤炭企业社会责任成本的特点,提出了解决煤炭企业社会责任成本负担的途径和配套政策,促使煤炭企业在节约资源、保护环境、增加员工子女就业、改善矿区居民生活等社会责任上实现可持续发展。

From the meaning on the social responsibility cost of the coal enterprises,the features of the social responsibility cost of the coal enterprises were analyzed.
