文章论述了资本市场与煤炭企业可持续发展的关系,以同煤集团为例,分析了同煤集团的现状以及发展中存在的问题,并介绍了同煤集团如何借助资本市场推动企业可持续发展的经验。
The paper stated the relationship between the capital market and coal enterprise sustainable development. Taking Datong Coal Mine Group as an example,the paper analyzed the present status of the Datong Coal Mine Group and the problems existed in the development. The paper introduced the experiences on how Datong Coal Mine Group applying capital market to push sustainable development of the enterprise.
