From the features of the staff training in the coal enterprise and the allocation status of the training resources in the coal mine,the paper analyzed the necessity and importance on the coal enterprise to establish the training platform of the remote education network. The paper provided the certain access and method to establish and apply the training platform of the remote education network. In order to set up the large resources sense for the training work of the coal enterprises,a large education and a large training scale should be built and a study type enterprise should be created. All those could provide the references idea to others.
