摘要
文章结合部分煤矿企业安全文化建设状况,提出要着力构建宣传教育、责任落实、约束激励、沟通互补、评估整改5项机制,实现安全文化的持续改进和水平提升。
In combination with safety culture establishments of some mines,five mechanisms of the propaganda and education,responsibility implementation,restraint and encouragement,communications and complementary,and assessment and reform to be established were provided to have the sustainable improvement and upgrading of the safety culture.
