摘要
研制4微带X射线皮秒分幅相机,其微带阴极宽度为6 mm,由幅值为-1.9 kV,宽度为300ps的选通脉冲进行驱动.对X射线皮秒分幅相机进行联调实验,测量相机的固有延迟为42.9 ns,时间分辨率为110 ps,空间分辨率为17.86 lp/mm.由静态空间分辨率图像获得了分幅相机的调制传递函数曲线.
A picosecond X-ray framing camera with four microstrip lines was described in this article. The micros- trip line cathode with a width of 6 mm was driven by the gating pulse with a width of 300 ps and an amplitude of - 1.9 kV. The camera was tested, and the experimental results show that the inherent delay of the camera is 42. 9 ns, the temporal resolution is 110 ps, and the spatial resolution is 17. 86 lp/mm. The modulation transfer function curve is obtained from the static spatial resolution imaae.
