美蓝在乳癌前哨淋巴结定位活检中的应用研究

目的探讨示踪剂美蓝在乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检术的准确性和临床应用价值。方法选取乳腺癌患者80例,临床体检腋窝淋巴结(ALN)阴性,采用美蓝作为前哨淋巴结的示踪剂,注射于患者乳晕及其肿瘤周围皮肤,5～15min后进行术中定位及活检术。结果全部患者均行乳腺癌改良根治术,行SLN和ALN活检,灵敏度为97.44%,假阴性率为10.26%,准确率为92.71%,假阳性率7.69%。患者均未出现过敏反应。结论应用美蓝进行前哨淋巴结活检较准确的评估腋淋巴结转移,有助于简化手术方式,并提高患者生活质量。

Objective to investigate the tracer methylene-blue in breast cancer sentinel lymph node biopsy accuracy and clinical application value.Methods the hospital in 80 cases of breast cancer,clinical medical axillary lymph node dissection（ALN） negative,the methylene-blue as the sentinel lymph node tracer,injection in patients areola around the tumor and its skin,5 to 15 min after the positioning and intraoperative biopsy.Results all patients were performed breast cancer treated improvement,do SLN and ALN biopsy,sensitivity for 97.44%,false negative rate for 10.26%,accuracy rate is 92.71%,false positives 7.69%.Patients all did not appear allergic reaction.Conclusion the application of methylene-blue for the sentinel lymph node biopsy is blue accurate assessment of axillary lymph node metastasis,help to simplify the operation method,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
