窦旁脑膜瘤显微手术的疗效分析

目的通过对窦旁脑膜瘤显微手术的疗效进行分析,探讨窦旁脑膜瘤的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析50例窦旁脑膜瘤患者的临床资料。结果依据脑膜瘤切除Simpson分级法对50例手术全切除病人进行分级,其中,I级切除者35例(70%),Ⅱ级切除者10例(20%),Ⅲ级切除者5例(10%)。术后随访2～4年,患者的生活可以自理,肿瘤均未复发。结论显微手术切除窦旁脑膜瘤,疗效显著,可减少肿瘤复发,是提高患者术后生存质量的有效方法。

Objective Sinus surgery for meningiomas of the microscopic analysis of sinus meningioma treatment.Methods Microsurgical treatment by 50 cases of sinus meningioma clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The classification method based on Simpson meningioma resection in 50 cases of surgical resection of tumor surgery patients were graded Class I removed them,35 cases（70%）,Ⅱ-level resection in 10 patients（20%）,Ⅲ grade cut 5 patients（10%）.Patients were followed up 2 to 4 years,the patient＇s life can take care of themselves,none of the tumor recurrence.Conclusion Microsurgical removal of sinus meningioma,a significant effect,can reduce tumor recurrence and improve the quality of life of patients and effective way.
