摘要
目的研究护理干预对门诊学龄前期患儿静脉输液依从性的影响,提高患儿静脉输液依从性。方法随机选择北华大学附属医院儿科门诊静脉输液的学龄前期患儿60例,在静脉输液时进行护理干预,调查护理干预前后患儿静脉输液依从性的情况,进行统计分析。结果患儿在护理干预前和护理干预后的依从性分值分别为3.24±3.05和6.64±2.86,依从性有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论为了提高一次静脉穿刺成功率,避免增加患儿痛苦,护理人员应该对患儿进行一系列的护理干预,提高学龄前期患儿静脉输液的依从性。
Objective To investigate the effect on the compliance of intravenous transfusion in pre-school aged patients through nursing intervention,and to improve the compliance of intravenous transfusion.Methods Select 60 cases of pre-school aged outpatients from department of pediatrics of Affiliated Hospital of Beihua University randomly,do nursing intervention during intravenous transfusion,contrast the compliance before and after intravenous transfusion,and have statistic analysis.Results The scores of the compliance are(3.24±3.05) and(6.64±2.86) respectively before and after the nursing intervention.There is significant deviation(P0.01).Conclusion The nursing staff should carry on a series of nursing intervention in order to enhance achievement ratio of one time venepuncture and the compliance of the pre-school aged patients to venous transfusion.
