银杏叶注射液治疗肺心病的疗效分析

目的观察分析银杏叶注射液治疗肺心病的临床疗效,总结其临床应用价值。方法选取本院2009年4月～2011年4月36例肺心病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各18例,对照组采取吸氧、祛痰、抗感染、防治并发症、解痉平喘等常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用银杏叶注射液,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为88.9%(16/18),对照组总有效率为72.2%(13/18),两组治疗效果比较差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。观察组和对照组治疗后呼吸指标、血液流变指标均有改善,观察组治疗后改善程度更为明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用银杏叶注射液治疗肺心病的临床疗效显著,能有效改善心肺功能,缓解临床症状,减少并发症发生。

Objective To observe and analyze the ginkgo leaf injection in treating pulmonary heart disease clinical efficacy,summarize its clinical application value.Methods In our hospital from 2009 April to 2011 April,36 cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,18 cases each,while the control group adopted the oxygen,expectorant,resistance to infection,prevention of complications,antispasmodic and other conventional treatment,the observation group in the conventional treatment with ginkgo leaf injection,observation and comparison in two groups of patients with therapeutic effect.Results In the study group,the total effective rate was 88.9%（16/18）,the control group total effective rate was 72.2%（13/18）,comparison of two treatment significantly（P0.05）,with statistical significance.The observation group and the control group after treatment of respiratory index,blood rheology indexes were improved after treatment,the observation group improved more obviously（P0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion Based on regular treatment with Ginkgo biloba injection in treating pulmonary heart disease clinical curative effect,can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function,relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the occurrence of complications.
