中西医结合分期植皮法治疗蛇伤溃疡的效果观察

目的观察中西医结合分期植皮法在治疗蛇伤溃疡的效果。方法选取2008年2月～2010年2月治疗的蛇伤溃疡患者18名,对所有患者采用中西医结合分期植皮法进行治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 18例蛇伤溃疡全部治愈,2次植皮治愈者6例;先转移皮瓣,后进行植皮治愈5例;植皮与转移皮瓣同时进行治愈7例,总有效率达100%。结论中西医结合分期植皮法在治疗蛇伤溃疡上有显著的治疗效果,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To observe the phases of Medicine in the treatment of snakebites graft ulcer effect.Methods In February 2009 to February 2010 to our hospital 18 patients with ulcers of snakebites,all patients with skin graft method phased Integrative Medicine for treatment,observation and treatment effects.Results 18 cases of snakebites ulcers were cured,2 skin graft healing in 6 patients;first flap,skin graft after cure in 5 cases;skin graft and flap simultaneously cured in 7 cases,total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion The combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of snakebites stage skin grafting ulcers have a significant treatment effect,it is used in clinical practice.
