摘要
CAPWAP协议用于无线终端(WTP)和无线网络控制器(AC)之间的通信交互,能实现对于AC关联的所有WTP的控制管理和数据转发。介绍了CAPWAP协议的组成和主要功能;提出了基于CAPWAP协议的WLAN的构成;分析了WTP发现AC机制,给出了CAPWAP协议建立隧道的交互流程,讨论了CAPWAP协议报文格式及DTLS认证和授权配置。
CAPWAP protocol is used for the communication interaction between wireless terminal（WTP） and wireless network controller（AC） and it can realize all the WTP control management and data forwarding associated with AC.The paper introduces the composition and main functions of the CAPWAP protocol,puts forward the WLAN composition based on CAPWAP protocol,analyzes the WTP discovering AC mechanism,gives the interaction process of setting up the tunnel with CAPWAP protocol and discusses the message format of the CAPWAP protocol and DTLS authentication and authorization configuration.
