摘要 利用几何凸函数的定义和性质2,证明Logistic模型函数具有几何凸性;利用弹性概念和弹性性质,证明Logistic模型函数具有弹性;人口老年化步伐符合Logistic模型,根据其凸函数性质,可以预测人口老年率的变化趋势,针对本国情,笔者认为可制定新时期计划生育政策;房子需求函数符合Logistic模型,可以利用几何凸性与弹性的关系,采取价格递进策略,从而拉动小城市或集镇地区房地产产业发展;房子供给函数符合Logistic模型,同样可以利用几何凸性与弹性的关系,采取价格递减策略,从而使房地产产业发展与国家的民生政策处于平衡。 The usage of the definition and the nature 2 of geometric convex function can prove Logistic model function has geometrical convexity. The usage of elastic concept and elastic nature can prove Logistic model function has elasticity. The step of population - aging conforms to the Logistic model, and according to the nature of convex function, the change tendency of population - aging rate can be forecasted. Therefore, given our national condition, the author thinks the policy of birth control in the new time can be formulated. The function on demand of house conforms to the Logistic model, so the price progressive strategy can be adopted for the development of real estate industry of small cities or towns. The function on supply of house conforms to the Logistic model, so the price regressive strategy can be adopted to balance the development of real estate industry and the policy of national livelihood.
