摘要
3号高炉煤气除尘采用布袋干式除尘，布袋使用周期为10个月，寿命较短，在不影响除尘效果和生产顺行的前提下，通过用对损坏的布袋孔进行封堵的方法取代当箱体布袋有损坏时就全部更换的方法，使箱体布袋使用时间由原来的10个月提升到18个月，降低了消耗。
The service life of dry cloth-bag dust removing in No.3 BF was short, just only 10 months. Without affecting dust-removing effect and BF production, using the way of sealing the hole of damage cloth-bag only to replace that exchanging all the cloth-bags when anyone broken, the service life is improved from 10 months up to 18 months, the consumption is reduced.
