摘要
文章在对已有文献进行系统回顾的基础上,选用DEA方法分析了我国医药制造业创新相对效率;同时针对部分样本城市同时达到DEA有效,无法进一步比较的问题,引入超效率模型,最终对我国27个省市医药制造业创新效率进行了排序,得出天津和山西两地总体效率最高的结论,并对结论进行了解释。
Base on the systematic review of existing literatures,this paper use DEA to analyze the relative efficiency of China's pharmaceutical industry innovation,while for some of the sample cities are DEA efficient,which can not be further comparison,a MDEA model are introduced.And in the end we rank 27 provinces in China Manufacturing industries' innovation efficiency and come to the conclusion that Tianjin and Shanxi two general are the most efficient,and the conclusion are explained further.
