摘要 从三方面对电动公交车充换电站的运营进行了讨论:电池购买与租赁模式;按换电次数、按用电量、按行驶里程对电动公交车收费模式;分别由运营方和厂商单独运行维护以及共同运行维护模式。并分析了几种方式各自的优缺点。为保证电动汽车与充换电设施持续、快速发展,可以在运行初期由政府出台相关扶持政策,使充换电站达到盈亏平衡。 This paper discuss the operation pattern of electric city bus battery-swap station in three aspects: battery buying pattern and battery rental pattern;paying for battery swap times,electricity consumption or roadhaul;operate by battery-swap station and manufacturer respectively or they operate battery-swap station together.Their merits and demerits are analyzed in the paper.In order to make the electric vehicle and charging swapping facilities sustainable development,government could issue supporting policy to ensure the station is breakeven at early days.
