马克思主义视域中的“以人为本”

Perceiving "People-oriented" with Marxist Views

人是社会存在的主体、根本,即人是社会之本。这从而决定了应以人为本。以人为本就是以实现每个人的全面发展为归宿的群体发展为本、以实现人民至上为原则的全体社会成员为本、以维护人的生存性利益为基础的发展性利益为本。坚持以人为本,必须以实现全人类解放的共产主义为目标;以无产阶级解放为必然形式;以人民自己解放自己为基本原则;建立和完善人民当家作主的社会主义制度。共产党执政要坚持以人为本,这是其增强执政合法性的必然要求,是坚持中国市场经济社会主义性质的重要体现,是跨越"中等收入陷阱"实现可持续发展的核心原则。

People constitute the major subjects and foundation of social existence,as is expressed in the formulation of ＂people-oriented＂.To keep people-oriented is to keep the orientations of achieving the collective development of the all-round development of individuals,of realizing ＂people foremost＂of all social members,and of maintaining people＇s developmental interests with subsistence interests as the basis.To adhere to the principle of people-oriented,we must set the communist goal of liberating all mankind,take the inevitable form of proletariat liberation,follow the basic principle of ＂people liberating themselves＂,and establish and improve the socialist system of people being their own masters.The CPC should stick to the principle of ＂people-oriented＂ in its administration,which is the necessary requirement of enhancing the legality of exercising political power,an important embodiment of socialist nature of China＇s market economy and a core principle for crossing the ＂trap of mediocre income＂and maintaining sustainable development.All in all,adhering to the principle of ＂people-oriented＂ and promoting the all-round development of human beings is the essential requirement of soicalism.
