摘要
本文观察了小剂量及亚致死量球形芽孢杆菌2362株对尖音库蚊淡色变种各变态时期的影响,在小剂量和亚致死量处理后,蚊幼虫死亡时间极度分散,于 d3～4出现死亡高峰,其累计死亡率仍高达60—90%,细菌学检查证实,死亡虫体中有大量繁殖的 B·S 毒力株,其菌数为2.61×10~3～3.69×10~4/只。
In this paper the impact of small dose and sublethal dose of Bacillus sphericus 2362 strain on Culex pipiens pollens at various metamorphcsis stage was observed.Lower death rate cccurred daily with the peak on the 3rd and the 4th day until pupal stage. The total death rate were still as high as 60-90%.Bacteriological examination confirmed that there was a great number of bred virulence strains of Bacillus sphaericus in the dead mosquito larvae,about 2.61×10~3—3.69×10~4/per larva.
