摘要 华支睾吸虫的体壁由皮层、间质层,肌层及实质组成。皮层为合胞层,外表面有叶状或囊状突起。皮层基质中有盘状和杆状颗粒、线粒体、囊泡。这些内容物由皮层细胞供应。皮层细胞位于实质,有很长的细胞突起,形成通道通向皮层。另有一种分泌细胞也通向皮层。吸盘由皮层、皮下层、间质、肌肉层及实质组成。皮下层中有两种分泌细胞及双核仁细胞。实质中有动力细胞和多突起细胞。肌肉发达,有两个肌层区,中间为皮下层所间隔。 The body wall is consisted of integument,interstitial plasma layer,muscles and parenchyma.The surface is covered with Iobe or knob like processes.The inner bound- ary is a basement membrane,In the matrix,there are many rod-like,disc-likegrannles, mitochondria and small vesicles.Further,there are bundles of microfilaments on the basement membrane.The epithelial cells Iocated in the parenchyma.The etgument secr- eted cells are also project to the integument.Under the basement membrane is intersti- tial plasma layer.The muscles are bundled in this layer.Yet,anothers are between in parenchymalcells.The parenehyma cells are large and irregular.It contains many glycogens,mitochondrias and a few smooth endoplasmic reticulum. The sucker is characteristic by having a subcutaneous layer.Beside the bundles of muscle in this layer,it also has a muscular layer.which is constituted by eireular muscle leyer and longitudinal yet oblique muscle bundles.There are two types of secreted and one 2-nucleolus cells in subcutaneous layer.The kinetic cells and multiprotuberance cells are in parenchyma.
