金属酞菁表征实验改进研究

摘要 根据本科实验教学特点,对综合实验——金属酞菁的表征进行改进.选用紫外-可见光谱和傅立叶红外光谱对目标化合物进行表征,并对紫外-可见光谱部分做了改进,提高可操作性.针对我校学生不能熟练使用相关软件的现状,教学中引入Chemdraw、Origin和GetData Graph Digitizer 3个软件,培养学生绘制化学结构式、数据作图和图像数字化能力,实现实验报告数字化的同时为毕业论文撰写打下基础.改进后实验经过2008级本科生试做教学效果良好. In this paper, comprehensive experiment: characterization of the phthalocyanine complex was improved according to characteristics of undergraduate course experiment teaching. We charactered the target compounds with UV spectrophotometry and fourier transform infrared spectrophotometry(Fl'IR). We improved the operability of the expeiment by improve the context of UV spectrophotometry. Three software (Chemdraw, Origin, GetData Digitizer) were introduced in this course in order to trainning students' drawing ability. Finally, we got very excellent experiment result and lay foundations for the graduation thesis.
