Innovation and Practice on the Cultivation System of Internationalized Personnel in Nationalities Universities

科学的有针对性的国际化人才培养体系的构建,需要结合各个学校的客观环境和主观条件进行创新性研究和实践。针对民族院校国际化人才培养体系的构建及其实践,从适应社会需求的角度分析研究适应专业特点的国际化人才培养模式,构建国际化视角下的普遍适用的国际化人才培养体系。旨在使教育的国际化和教育的民族化在民族高校得到恰当的融合,为中国少数民族高等教育探索出一条国际化、多元化的特色之路。

The establishment of scientific and targeting cultivation system of internationalized personnel needs innovative research and practice under particular circumstances of each university.From the angle of meeting social requirements,the cultivation model of internationalized personnel suitable to specialties is analyzed,and on the basis of the research,the general cultivation system of internationalized personnel is established.The study aims to integrate the internationalization of education and the nationalization of education and find out a way characteristic of internationalization and diversity for the higher education of nationalities universities in China.
