高职院校学生体育行为现状调查——以泰州职业技术学院为例

Investigation on the Physical Behaviors of Students in Higher Vocational College——Take Taizhou Polytechnic College as an Eample

文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,以泰州职业技术学院为例对高职院校学生体育行为现状进行分析。随机抽取各二级学院及系部一、二年级学生作为研究对象,分析现阶段高职学生的体育行为现状。研究结果发现,现有的场地能基本满足学生的需求,学生体育意识较强,但是体育参与程度很低,达不到阳光体育运动的要求。因此要培养学生良好的体育意识行为应从教学着手,降低技术要求,引进休闲体育理念,引导学生轻松愉快的参与体育运动。

Take Taizhou Polytechnic College as an example, the paper analyzes the physical behaviors of students in higher voca- tional colleges by literature search, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. Freshmen and sophomores of subordinate colleges and departments are randomly selected as subjects while analyzing current situation of students in higher vocational schools at the present stage. The result of the study shows that the current fields can satisfy the needs of students and most students possess a strong physical awareness. However, they do not actively take part in exercising. It has fallen far short of the require- ments of sunlight exercising. As a result, technical requirements in physical education should be lowered to help students form good consciousness and habit of exercising. And the leisure sports concept should be brought in to guide students to take part in physical exercises with a light heart.
