摘要
螺旋ＣＴ扫描通过快速连续扫描方式立体地采集数据，在肾脏应用方面，与常规ＣＴ比较，具有以下特点：①明显缩短检查时间，可进行肾脏多期扫描；②原始立体数据获得后，可进行任意层面、任意间隔及任意层面重叠程度的图像重建；③后处理功能丰富，可获得高质量的多平面重建图象，三维图象，ＣＴ血管造影及ＣＴ防真内窥镜等图像。螺旋ＣＴ克服了传统ＣＴ的一些不足，具有更高的临床应用价值，更广的临床应用范围及应用前景．
Spiral CT can acquire the volumetric data in one continuous scan.Compared with renal routine CT imaging, it has some advantages(1) reduced time of examination and acquired multiphasic scaning images : ② retrospectively reconstructed at arbitrary location,space,overlapping sections:③obtained vivid multiplanar. 3D. CTA and CTE images.
