创新教育模式对高校人才创新能力培养的重要性

Importance of innovative education model for training innovation ability of university talent

针对高校创新教育现状,结合大连民族学院环境与资源学院的创新教育现状,以环境科学专业为例,阐明了实验教学环节作为高等院校教学体系的重要组成部分,是实践能力、创新精神培养的关键环节。在此基础上提出建立创新工作室的培养途径,并结合实际情况给出了创新工作室建立和人才培养的具体案例,深入研究探讨了创新型教育在有效教育模式中发挥的重要作用。

Status of entrepreneurship education for the innovative,this article is combined with the status of college of environmental and resources in Dalian nationalities university,and using the major of environmental science as example,clarify that the experimental teaching which is the main part of high education and the key to the practical ability and innovative training.On this basis,we propose the establishment of innovative ways of cultivating the studio,and give the actual situation of innovation studio established to develop specific case,in the way,in-depth study of the innovative education in the effective mode of education has played an important role and strategy position.
