摘要
为适应社会、经济、科技、环保产业的快速发展,应对我国具有多元化、复杂性、全方位、全球化特点的环境问题,北京交通大学提出了创新型环境工程专业人才培养模式改革,通过实施本科生导师制管理、增设科研技能训练体系、改革传统的专业基础课和专业课教学方式、鼓励学生积极参加大学生创新实验及各类竞赛,构建多方位、多层次、多种措施相结合的创新型人才培养模式。
To adapt social,economic,technology,environmental protection industries development rapidly,Beijing jiaotong university produced environmental engineering professional personnel training mode reformation to solve our country diversity and complexity,comprehensive,globalization of the environmental problems,which included the implementation of undergraduates students a tutorial management mode,addition of research skills training system,reformation of the traditional teaching technical basic course and technical course,encouraging the students to participate actively all kinds of the environment and innovation contest to build talent training mode from all kinds of aspects,various levels and measures.
