该文对我国海洋渔业资源与开发现状进行评价,并在我国社会经济发展及技术条件允许的基础上,提出将传统的猎捕型渔业生产方式转变为管理型。

The thesis discusses the rational exploitation and sustainable development of Chinese oceanic fishery resources, evaluates its environment and development status, and raises the reasonable suggestions to transform the traditional fishing and hunting fishery into the managing fishery and develop Chinese oceanic ranching.
