摘要
地价指数是反映地价变动过程的重要指标,是政府部门制定地价政策的依据。该文提出在土地级别变动情况下分级历年地价指数的测算方法,并通过调查数据测算石家庄市不同级别的各类地价指数,揭示市区经济发展变化过程在地域上的差异。
