摘要
财务公司是促进产业集团产融结合的重要手段,在考察财务公司的定义和中国财务公司的发展历程的基础上,深入分析财务公司较其他金融机构的优势,有利于明了财务公司对促进产业集团发展的重要作用。
The finance company is an important way to promote the combination of finance and industry. Based on studying the definition of financial companies and analyzing the development process of Chinese finance companies, we analyzed the advantages of finance companies. Especially we analyzed the important role of the finance companies in promoting the development of the industry groups.
