我国21世纪法学本科经济法课程教学研究分析——以文献计量学为视角

On Teaching Research of “Economic Law Course” for 21st Century Chinese Law Undergraduates:from the Biblio-metric Perspective

依据中国知网采取跨库检索模式对我国2000—2011年间期刊文献报道情况进行查询,研究法学本科"经济法"课程的教研论文是55篇。从2000到2004年五年间竟然只有一篇论文,而从2005年至2011年间发文总量为54篇;55篇论文主要关注点包括"经济法"课程案例教学的相关研究、"经济法"课程教学改革的相关研究、"经济法"课程教学方法的相关研究、"经济法"课程的实践教学和其他主题的相关研究等。我国法学本科"经济法"课程教学研究中存在如下不足之处:一是结合"经济法"课程本身特征研究教学的成果较少;二是实践教学没有得到足够关注;三是漠视实证研究方法;四是在整个经济法学研究中,经济法教学研究没有得到足够的重视。

55 papers, which focus on teaching research of ＂ Economic Law Course＂ for law undergraduates, are searched through inter database retrieval of China Knowledge Network over periodical literatures from 2000 to 2011. From 2000 to 2004, there was only one paper, but from 2005 to 2011, 54 papers were issued. Main concerns of these 55 papers include related research of its case teaching, its teaching reform, its teaching methods, the practice of its teaching courses and other related topics. There are following shortcomings of its teaching research in China： first, few results are combined with characteristics of the course itself; second, practice teaching has not been paid enough attention to; third, empirical research methods have been ignored; forth, teaching research on it has not been paid enough attention to in the whole research of economic law.
