摘要
如何提高高职院校教学质量,加强对教师教学质量的科学评价与管理,已成为高职院校发展中面临的重要课题。应充分认识高职教师教学质量综合评价的含义与功能,明确综合评价的主体与评价指标的设置原则,确立综合评价的科学方法,最终构建高职院校教师教学质量综合评价体系。
How to improve the teaching quality and strengthen the scientific assessment and management of teaching quality has become an important issue in the development of higher vocational colleges.It is necessary to fully understand the meaning and function of the comprehensive evaluation of teaching quality,clarify the evaluation body and the main index setting principles and determine a scientific comprehensive evaluation method to build a comprehensive evaluation system of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.
