摘要
用低浓度奋斗呐经点滴、接触等法处理淡色库蚊成虫与幼虫,结果表明低浓度奋斗呐能降低幼虫化蛹率、成蚊吸血与产卵以及子代卵的孵化等。此外,低剂量奋斗呐也能推迟幼虫的发育时间。
Culex Pipiens pallens adults and fourth instar larvae were exposed to the low dosages of Fendona by topical application,contaction,The results showed that low dosages of Fendona could cause partly inhibition of pupation of larvae(Table 2),blood-engorge- ment,oviposition of females,and hatch of eggs of the mosquitos treated(Table 4),In addition,the low dosages of Fendona could delay the time of larval development after the treatment.
