孔子管理思想中蕴含着丰富的人本、民本思想,尤其"仁者爱人"思想、"德治"思想、"举贤能"思想、"以和为贵"思想等,这一系列理论对于当前的高校学生管理工作具有深远的影响和重大的借鉴意义。
There is very rich humanistic thinking in Confucius management ideas,especially in benevolent love,moral control,talents election,harmony and so on.This series of theory has a profound influence and significance on the college students management currently.
