Practical teaching is one of the most important teaching forms in animal science specialty of higher educational institutions.Practical teaching bases,especially the bases within the campus,are the basic site for the implementation and completion of practical teaching.Therefore,the paper explores from the significance,principles,and basic thoughts of the construction of practical bases within the campus,so as to improve the quality of practical bases construction of animal science specialty within the campus
