On the Improvement of College Students' Employability in Science Engineering in University

文章对理工科专业毕业生就业能力不足进行了分析,认为可以通过改革实践教学体系,构建人文素质培养体系、提升大学生职业生涯规划教育和指导、提高毕业生就业指导的针对性等途径提高理工科专业毕业生的就业能力。

This paper analyzes insufficiency of college students＇ employability in science engineering in university , and puts forwards some measures to improve employability, such as reforming practical teaching system, constructing humanistic quality education system, improving the pertinence of job guidance and the education and guidance of occupational career.
