摘要 师生沟通是师生之间的信息交换,具有信息传递、控制、激励和情感交流等功能。有研究表明,沟通障碍在学校中每天都在发生;本文阐述了处于师生沟通主导地位的教师需要在师生沟通障碍的克服中发挥主导作用,教师要遵循同理心、尊重学生和接纳学生等基本原则;分析了生气、聆听和鼓励合作等沟通场景中的一些实角沟通技巧。 Teacher-student communication refers to the exchange of information between teachers and students, wmcn plays me role oi information transmission manipulation encouragement and feeling exchanges. However, accoing to some research, impediment in communication takes place on campus almost every day. This article elaborates teacher's roles in overcoming problems in teacher-student communication. Teachers should follow the basic principles d empathy, respect and tolerate students. Meanwhile, some practical techniques such as listening to students respectfully, encouragement to collaborate are included.
