The Application of Heart-to-heart Talk in the Ideological and Political Work of Higher Vocational Colleges

谈心是我国思想政治工作中最传统、最普遍的一种工作方法,具有极强的中国特色,在现代思想政治教育工作中依然发挥着重要的作用。在高职院校中谈心方法也是教师对学生进行思想教育的基本方法之一,教育者要将科学性与艺术性完美结合于"谈心"这一学生思想教育形式,开展有效地思想政治工作,使思想政治工作者的工作价值最大化。

Heart- to- heart talk, with strong Chinese characteristics, is the most traditional and most common method of work in China＇s ideological and political work and still plays an important role in the modern ideological and political education work. In higher vocational colleges, heart- to- heart talk is one of the basic methods that teachers carry out the ideological education. Educators should com- bine the scientificity and artistry perfectly into this type of ideological education for students, i.e. heart - to- heart talk, and carry out effectively the ideological and political work so as to maximize the value of the work of the ideological and political workers.
